I am a mover. I move my body, my thoughts, my emotions, my breath, and I move Energy. 

 

All living things are made of the same energy, the same building blocks for life. A Reiki practitioner channels this energy through themselves and into the client by physically laying their hands on the client or remotely through visualization and intention. 

​The word Reiki (pronounce ray-key) is comprised of two root words. Rei - meaning universal spiritual wisdom. And Ki - meaning vital life force energy.

When you are injured, suffer an accident, or go through a traumatic experience, the body holds the memory of this incident on a cellular level. If not processed, that memory can turn into further injury, illness, or even disease. Somatic Experiencing practices help you bring these issues into the light so that you can move through and let go of the body’s held stress responses.

Breath

Heart

Breathwork may be my favorite practice of all. It is so simple to do and has profound results. Breathwork improves physical, mental, and emotional well-being through consciously controlling the breath. It is the fastest and easiest way to effect the Nervous System which directly effects your response to stress and anxiety.

​When harmful Energies are deeply and stubbornly held in the body, physical movement coupled with Breathwork can be the key to unlocking years of stress and pain. My years as a professional dancer and yogi have provided a life of examining and observing how the body moves and responds through the different stages of our lives.

​Having all of these different practices helps me create a unique healing experience for each of my clients. I want anyone seeking this type of healing to feel that it is accessible to them so I am willing to find a price point that works for both of us, simply ask. It is my honor to help you in your healing process.

  • How often should I receive this type of treatment?
    Reiki heals on a cellular level so like traditional talk therapy, it is profoundly beneficial on a weekly basis. Depending on what your goals are I would recommend starting with 3 sessions and then booking as needed.
  • What should I wear for a session?
    Comfortable clothing you can move and relax in.
  • How long is a session?
    50-60 minutes
